Smash burgers in Leipzig, on Karli and at Waldplatz. Thin, pressed patties with a proper crust, prepared according to halal standards.
What we do
We smash our patties on a hot griddle instead of cooking them as a ball. That is what creates the crust a smash burger is all about. There are eight burgers on the menu, from the simple one with smashed beef, American cheese and pickles to the Smack That Burger with flipped bun, homemade sauce and caramelised onions.
On the side there are French Fries, Chilli Cheese Fries, Truffle Fries, dips and drinks. You can make any burger a meal for €4.50 extra.
Halal
We prepare everything according to halal standards. That applies to the whole menu; there is no second version with different meat.
